About The Project
Safetly is a workforce management platform built for security agencies to streamline guard scheduling, attendance tracking, and on-site operations. The platform provides managers with a centralized view of shifts, locations, and incident reports, helping teams stay organized and responsive.
The Problem
Security agencies often rely on phone calls, paper sheets, and scattered apps to assign guards, track shifts, and manage attendance. This leads to scheduling conflicts, miscommunication, late reporting, and very little real-time visibility.
My Solution
I designed a clear, organized interface where supervisors can assign shifts quickly, track guard activity, and access reports without digging through menus. Guards get a simple flow to check schedules, mark attendance, and send updates instantly, reducing confusion and saving time for both sides.
Design System
A structured design system was created with consistent colors, spacing, components, and icons ensuring the app feels stable, easy to read, and suitable for security operations across different screens.

Wireframe Concept & Stretcher
The wireframes mapped the full structure of the Safetly app, ensuring every action and screen had a clear purpose. This early layout helped validate the flow and confirm what users needed before moving into the final design.
Final UI/UX Design
Modern layouts, clear visual hierarchy, and responsive interactions were combined to create a seamless workforce management experience. Every screen was designed to simplify daily tasks while improving confidence and productivity for security teams.
Results & Outcomes
After implementing the new design, Safetly became easier to use and more reliable for day-to-day security operations. Clearer navigation and simplified workflows helped guards report incidents faster, while supervisors gained better control over schedules and updates.
